Ideally located to explore the Wolds and Coastline. Step to entrance. All on the ground floor. Living room: With wood burner, Smart TV and French doors leading to graden. Kitchen/dining room: With electric cooker, electric hob, Range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and beams. Utility room: With washing machine. Bedroom 1: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request). Bedroom 2: With kingsize bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail. Gas and underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Back garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub for 2 (private). 2 small dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden.
